Rose Haven
Rose Haven’s mission is to provide day shelter, resources, emotional support, and community connections to women, children, and marginalized genders experiencing homelessness and poverty. Rose Haven’s vision is a community where everyone has safety, stability, love, health, and home.
Cultivate Initiatives
Cultivate Initiatives exists to ensure that neighbors facing houselessness have access not just to services, but to belonging, opportunity, and real pathways forward. They meet people where they are—with dignity, employment, housing support, and community—because everyone deserves the chance to rebuild their lives.
Northwest Pilot Project
Northwest Pilot Project focuses exclusively on housing for very low-income older adults. With older adults— age 55 and over—now making up a quarter of the homeless population, the need for their services of housing placement and retention has skyrocketed. Their mission is to provide opportunities for a life of dignity and hope for the seniors they serve.
WeShine Initiative Inc.
WeShine designs, builds, and operates neighborhood-based micro villages that provide safe, transitional shelter with wrap-around services for Portland’s underserved, unsheltered adults as they prepare to become successful tenants in permanent, affordable housing. Our model is rooted in the value of community, which restores self-esteem and heals the trauma that results from life on the streets.
New Narrative
From clinical care and peer support programs to housing, New Narrative provides resources so people seeking mental health care can develop the tools to thrive, not just survive. By integrating housing, behavioral health services, and peer-led recovery, they help people build lasting stability rather than short-term fixes.
Street Books
Street Books is a street library that provides community, resources, and advocacy for people living outside the margins in Portland, Oregon. They cultivate mutual relationships rooted in dignity and autonomy by showing up every week, year after year, in all kinds of weather, all around the city, to meet people where they are.
Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities exists to partner with the most vulnerable, regardless of faith, to achieve lasting solutions to poverty and injustice. Their Homeless Services are geared to serve self-identified women ages 25+ who do not currently have children in their care. This is one of the most underserved groups of houseless people in our area.
Hacienda CDC
Hacienda Community Development Corporation is a Latino-led organization dedicated to advancing the social and economic mobility of all communities. They believe that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves safe, stable housing and the chance to achieve their dreams. As a Latino-led organization, they bring forth a rich culture and an unwavering commitment to support all communities across Oregon through opportunities and advancement.
